Aromatherapy is the practice complementing a massage through the use of essential oils for psychological and physical well-being.

 

Chair Massage                                                                                      $1 per minute                  

Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically 10 to 30 minutes long. The main focus is on the neck, back, shoulders and arms and used to "wake up" the body and mind.  The client typically remains fully clothed and there is limited oil or cream needed.

 

 

 

Swedish Massage                                                                                $90 sixty minutes

Swedish Massage is a  relaxing full body massage which may include a variety of massage strokes such as kneading, rolling, percussion, effleurage, and petrissage to help the body improve circulation.  It may be helpful in managing physical discomfort and stress,  Increased flexibility and mental clarity may be enhanced.

 

Hot Stone Massage                                                $10 add-on to any service received

Hot stones are used to complement a massage to help with the relaxation of the muscles through warmth. 

 

Deep Tissue                                                                                      $120 sixty minutes

                                                                                    $140 ninety minutes

Deep Tissue Massae is generally used to target a specific area of discomfort, stiffness or reduced function by breaking down adhesions that often form as a result of acute or chronic physical injury and/or mental emotional stress.

 

Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy                                         $120 sixty minutes

                                                                                                          $140 ninety minutes

Trigger Point Therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. The client actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.
